Meet Dr. DeSimone of Twickenham Pediatrics

Dr. DeSimone has been an esteemed member of Twickenham Pediatrics, P.C. since September 2015.


A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, she relocated to Huntsville in 2014.


She is committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. She is currently accepting new patients.

Extensive Pediatric Medical Training

She holds a nursing degree from the University of Nevada and previously served as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Dr. DeSimone earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

 

Her pediatric specialty training was completed at University of Nevada School of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals, including Las Vegas University Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital.


Board Certified Pediatrician

With over 25 years of experience in pediatrics, Dr. DeSimone is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.


Beyond her clinical responsibilities, Dr. DeSimone instructs medical students through ACOM and VCOM.

Ear Piercing Information

  • Age Requirements:
  • We offer ear piercing services for children between the ages of 2–4 months, as well as those 3 years and older.
  • Cost:
  • The fee for ear piercing is $75.00. This service is not covered by insurance; therefore, payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.
  • Appointment Policy:
  • Appointments are necessary for all ear-piercing procedures. Please contact our office to schedule your child’s appointment.
  • Eligibility:
  • At this time, we provide ear piercing exclusively for current patients.
