At Twickenham Pediatrics, we are pleased to offer complimentary prenatal visits for expectant parents considering our practice for their newborn’s healthcare. Purpose of the Prenatal Visit
The prenatal visit is designed to provide prospective parents with valuable information about our practice, our philosophy of care, and the services we offer. Duration and Structure of the Visit
Prenatal visits at Twickenham Pediatrics typically last between 10 and 15 minutes. During this time, parents will meet with one of our experienced pediatricians—Dr. DeSimone, Dr. Dawson, or Dr. Stringer—in a welcoming, supportive environment. The appointment is structured as an open dialogue, encouraging families to share their expectations and ask questions regarding our practice, office procedures, and the transition into parenthood. Our goal is to foster a sense of trust and collaboration from your very first interaction with our team.
Cost of the Prenatal Visit
We are pleased to offer all prenatal visits entirely free of charge. This reflects our commitment to supporting families at every stage and making it as easy as possible to establish a relationship with a pediatrician before your child is born.

To arrange a prenatal visit, please contact our office at 256-533-1030. Our staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling a convenient time for your meeting with one of our physicians. We recommend booking your prenatal visit in the later stages of pregnancy, though you are welcome to contact us at any point during your pregnancy journey.
Is a Prenatal Visit Required?
Attending a prenatal visit is entirely optional; however, we strongly encourage expectant parents to take advantage of this opportunity.
